📜 Platform Usage & Responsibilities

By accessing or using the Eventos platform, you agree to comply with all terms governing event creation, guest management, and monetary transactions.

Data Protection Clause: While Eventos takes industry-standard security and technical steps to protect user data, in the unlikely event of data loss or security incidents, we will promptly communicate with affected users and take all reasonable technical measures to retrieve and restore their data.

1. Host & Event Creator Obligations

Hosts are responsible for maintaining accurate event details, respecting guest privacy, and using cash gift registries in accordance with local regulations and tax laws.

2. Guest Code of Conduct

Guests must present valid QR codes or access credentials when attending private events. Misuse of access tokens or uploading inappropriate media to Live Walls is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

Eventos acts as an automated event orchestration platform. Payment processing disputes or third-party vendor performance are subject to the specific terms of those independent entities.
